How do I update the email associated with my plan?

Need to change the email address linked to your plan? You can update it quickly and easily in the iD Mobile app. Not registered yet? Check out our registration guide to get started.

 

How to update your email address.

 

To update your email in the app or on my.idmobile.co.uk:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap View your plans.

  1. Tap the green pencil icon next to the plan you want to edit.

  1. Scroll down to Email address and tap the green pencil icon.

  1. Enter your new email address and confirm it. Once you’re happy, tap Save.

  1. We’ll text you an 8-digit security code. Enter this code into the app.

  1. Tap Done.

If you can't access the app or website to make these changes yourself, simply contact us and we'll help update your details.
