Hi,

I think my phone number may have been cloned. I keep getting calls and messages for someone called Sharon L Levey, who I think is also using my number on indeed.com. Please can you look into whether this might be the case?

Hi there @Sophie Adam, we’re very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we cannot check if your phone number has been cloned, and there’s not much we can advise other than to ignore/block these callers. Please do not answer them or give them any information.

Unfortunately, we have no control over this and there’s not much we can do, other than advise to ignore/block, and we can also offer a number change if you wish, which typically costs £25.00 unless you get an action fraud reference.
