Hi, my daughter has lost her id mobile phone. How do we replace it?

When you buy her a new SIM-free phone, you can request a replacement SIM from iD Mobile. Simply pop that SIM into her new phone.

Sorry to hear that.

 

It’s always worth seeing if you have any sort of insurance on the device via your bank or home insurance to see if you can make a claim with them.

 

If not, it’ll be time to take a look into a new device, you’ll always have the option to purchase a device SIM free or you might be able to check the app/website whilst logged in to see if you’re due an upgrade.

 

In any case, you’ll need a replacement SIM and to consider blocking/blacklisting the lost phone & SIM, it’ll be worth checking the above from ​@WelshPaul.
