Hello,
tonight, I was sent an email that I believe is a scam, using your company’s details to request money.
the account number they have used is the same as my mobile phone number.
I haven’t been with ID mobile since May and was on a rolling pay monthly contract so have no outstanding charges as this email suggests.
I can provide a screenshot of the email if need be
