Hey guys, im also facing the exact same problem. when i clik on the redeem link (apple music), it says “UID Missing or incorrect.”, please help

Hello, sorry this may seem like deja vu but I too am unable to redeem my free Apple Music and Apple TV subscription because when I click the like I get the following message:UID Missing or incorrect. I presume this is because the link expired as I joined iD Mobile in May. Thanks in advance, Richard

Hello,

I’ve activated my SIM recently and have been trying to redeem the Apple Music or Apple Arcade offer - getting the UID missing or incorrect error when clicking the link from the iDMobile email.  Please help.

Hi.

I also am having this problem as others in this thread and can’t sign up for any of these apple services due to the UID missing or incorrect.  Have tried it through different browsers etc but the problem persists.

Thanks in advance for any help to resolve.
