can’t submit my PAC code

I’m trying to submit my PAC code but keep getting a message telling me there is an issue with it. I have had a new code issued by my old provider but still have the same problem. I can’t find anything to tell me what else I can try??

Probably best to contact the iD advisers for help submitting your PAC, @joanneclarenelson.

iD Mobile

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - I recommending telling the 24/7 chatbot you want to “talk to a person.
