Can’t switch my mobile number using a PAC


I want to switch my mobile number from O2 to ID Mobile using a PAC code. I get the following error when trying to submit the request for the switch.

We’ve tried to process your PAC, but there’s an issue with the information that you’ve submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.
 

I’ve double checked the details and I‘m convinced that I’ve supplied the correct details.

Can someone help?

Can you confirm your PAC code is in date, and you’re using the transaction code beginning with a 4?
