I have recently applied via carphone warehouse for a phone with id mobile network, but was refused due to failing id mobile credit check. I have a score of 999 out of 999 with the two leading agencies, and classed as excellent rating. Experian suggested I speak to id mobile and tell them to do a manual check as there is no reason to be refused. I have tried but cannot get anyone to speak to me, the one person I spoke to via online chat flatly refused to put me though to anyone senior. What makes it even more ridiculous is I already have a sim only plan with id mobile. Can anyone suggest how I get to actually speak to someone who will listen and help?

Your credit score would mean nothing to anybody beyond the company who provides the score to you, just because you have a perfect credit score with them doesn’t mean we’ll accept you for a credit check.
Unfortunately we cannot change the result of a credit check or give information beyond a yes or no, speaking to someone senior wouldn’t change this outcome, sorry.
