I've attempted to join ID mobile 5 times over this weekend, all cancelled orders due to failed credit check. I went to check my credit score and it is near perfect. But when trying to contact ID mobile, they could not provide me any further information other than what I had been told over email. I even went to Curry's to join there, and the sales representative said they can't do any more than what the system does. 

I tried Three, and my order went through first time, without any nonsense. Therefore there is not an issue with my credit score but simply ID's systems. 

Quite poor really as you've lost yet another customer. Are there any more people feeling this way?

Credit Checks being declined isn’t just down to your Credit Score, there are various reasons. Glad you managed to get a contract with Three though!
