Finding my transaction number

Hello 

I am trying to switch to ID mobile and keep my existing phone number.  I can not find a welcome email or an invoice email with a transaction number.  I have confirmation of a direct debit but no transaction number.  Any help on how I find my transaction number would be appreciated.

Am finding ID mobiles customer service questionable!

There are a few ways to contact iD via their socials

 

And of those their live chat (text based) would likely give you the answer

iD Mobile

 

If you do decide to try their live chat after filling out the required answers start the chat with talk to person as this should bypass their automated chat bot (their opening times are on the above). They should even be able to sort the PAC out too whilst they’re at it.
