id molbie number is not connecting to my phone number

I recently received a new sim and after putting it in my phone it doesn’t work. I’ve created an account but when I try to finalise my id mobile detials it asks to send a code to my number but as my sim isn’t working I can’t receive any text messages. So I’m now stuck and can’t use my SIM card

Was this a replacement SIM? If so you need to activate it first?

If using the app or the online portal, note the first part of the SIM number (not the phone number) is already partially filled out.

no this was new sim, I had activated my account when buying sim and it said when it arrived I would be able to put it straight into my phone and it would work but unfortunately it doesn’t work and now I’m not sure what I am supposed to do

The most obvious question is ​@enriqueap6 is your phone unlocked to all networks?

And if you came from another provider with that phone, what network was it using?
