ID number


I am trying to switch from my old network provider with my PAC. However they are asking the ID number apart from my own number. They said ID number will be in the welcome email but I can't find it there or on my eSIM email.

How and where can I find It?

The transaction ID should be on the invoice from iD Mobile, for the purchased product, ​@Pusti Patel.  

If you can’t find the transaction ID, just web chat with iD customer service, who should be able to process your PAC.

The iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell their 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
