my number has only half switched.


Hi,

I've received a text saying my number has now transferred over. I can send and receive texts and call out but I cannot receive calls. If my number is called it goes straight to voicemail or rings my old phone.

What do I do?

When I joined iD my switch wasn’t completed until around 4pm on the date scheduled. My ‘old’ SIM stopped working around 11am on the date of my switch - so ~5-hours without network services in my case.

What date was scheduled for your switch to iD Mobile, ​@Chantel Moore

Meanwhile, maybe try turning OFF the phone with your iD SIM, then wait for at least 20-minutes, then turn the phone back ON

Can take up to 8pm tonight to be fully switched. Keep turning your phone off/on.
