I’ve just switched from Vodafone to ID mobile. When ordering my iPhone 16 pro from ID mobile I put in my Vodafone pac code. 
 

Whilst waiting for my new phone to be delivered today I lost connection to Vodafone on my old iPhone 12. 
 

I now have no network connection to either Vodafone or ID mobile. 
 

When setting up my new phone; when I clicked yes to transferring my number it said I couldn’t. 
 

please help!! I use this number for work and no have nothing other than WiFi on both phones.

You can’t use the Apple iOS feature that transfers SIM details from one iPhone to another iPhone on the iD network, ​@Chloe Randle.

Have you tried using a replacement iD SIM with your new iPhone?
