I’ve just switched from Vodafone to ID mobile. When ordering my iPhone 16 pro from ID mobile I put in my Vodafone pac code.
Whilst waiting for my new phone to be delivered today I lost connection to Vodafone on my old iPhone 12.
I now have no network connection to either Vodafone or ID mobile.
When setting up my new phone; when I clicked yes to transferring my number it said I couldn’t.
please help!! I use this number for work and no have nothing other than WiFi on both phones.
