Myself and my wife already have accounts open with Id Mobile but we are trying to open a new SIM only for our daughter, but I am worried that when I set this up with my details (Because she is only 10) that my phone number will switch. I just want a new SIM?
If you purchase a new SIM only deal via the website, without logging into your existing account and processing an upgrade, this won’t affect your current SIM only deal.
The order placed will be a new deal with a new number. After purchase, you would be able to add your daughter’s account to your existing one on the iD Mobile app or your account online if you want to view her plan details/usage.
