Hi - I’m currently switching to ID and I’ve been given a PAC code (yesterday) by my current supplier which is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately - the message I receive on the ID switching site is: ‘Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch’

Hi @Mattzeus,

Welcome to the Community!

If it’s a fresh PAC code and you are getting the error we may need to process it manually.

Please can you contact our Live Chat Team and they will assist you further.

Your switch app says my details aren't correct. I've checked and pac code correct. Just comes up with same message. Faqs and on the hub pages gives a solution.  I just want to keep my number. And you have no telephone technical supporting

Hey there @turnerdebbie550, we’re sorry to hear this.

This either means:

  1. Your entering incorrect details somewhere. This could be the transaction code. Please ensure you’re entering the transaction code beginning with a “4.
  2. Your PAC code has expired.
  3. You’ve already requested the port and it’s already in process for a certain date.

If none of the above apply to you, then please reach out via live-chat with your details and PAC code so we can help further:
