I need to get my welcome email resent to a new email address as my old email account has been blocked by Microsoft for security reasons. Problem is it won’t let me back so this email address is now effectively dead. How do I get the welcome email resent to a new email address so I can access my transaction ID and switch my old number to this new contract?

Hi. This morning I changed my Sim Only to ID from another carrier. I have activated my SIM, I just need to get my previous number transferred over for ID.

 

I have the PAC code and all other information, apart from the transaction number. I have checked all my emails, and the only one I have been sent is the one telling me my eSIM is ready to use. It has no reference to the transaction number. I’ve gone through all the FAQs and tried the live chat, however I still haven’t found my answer. How would I go about getting this sent back to me?
