I changed over from EE to a new ID Mobile account with e-sim.
all went well for first day or two until the actual porting date. Was receiving calls and texts on the number I ported over from EE. Now, suddenly, there is no ID Mobile signal to be had on my new iPhone.
I see other people have recently reported this problem and have struggled to find a solution.
tried all the usual things like turning phone off and on etc.
