Hi, 

I have just moved to iD mobile and I’m confused as to what I need to do with my STAC code from my old phone?

The STAC code can be submitted online within your account or via our switching webform found here. You can also submit this to our Live Chat Team here.

Hey thanks for your reply! 
I am trying to do this now but I never got a transaction number or a receipt with my sim. Is there any other way I can do it?
