Trouble using my PAC from O2 to keep my number

Hi!

So I’m having trouble using the PAC to keep my number. All info provided is correct but I still get the

‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.’

message. I’ve checked the double checked the info and it all seems correct. Bit stuck rly :(

This has happened to me b4 with something else so I’m typing in everything manually and still getting the same thing happening =/

No problem Jamie (​@Shiftycatz)

 

I have no clue if and when Matthew is working, but he’s the iD Community manager. The only thing I can suggest is wait to see if this sorts itself out (doubtful), see if he or another staffer replies or maybe try their live chat.

 

But it just seems really odd that 2 persons are having the same issue on the same day. iD did have a porting issue recently so I really do think this is more than what you or I can resolve.
