I can make calls but cannot receive abroad

When ever I am abroad my ID does not work. Countries like Tenerife, Portugal and USA

I’m not 100% sure but believe so. Checking right now I see data roaming is set and I don’t recall changing it

I’m not currently abroad but evry time I go, I have trouble making calls.

If I go to settings and then connections the heading Data roaming is on,

Am abroad and recently signed up for I’d 

cant make calls then some r getting threw wen they have rung me can ring back  gone threw everything even reset network still not letting me ring

Can you please confirm where you are roaming and if you have manually searched/attempted to connect to all available networks?

I will be visiting the USA shortly and the last time I went, I could not use my phone to make calls.  Are there any particular settings I need to have on my galaxy S22+ ?

Hey there ​@peeps, thank you for reaching out.

 

The main settings needed are to ensure roaming is enabled via both the iD Mobile app/website, and also via your phone’s own settings. You will also need to ensure International settings are enabled on the iD Mobile app/website.

 

You will also need to ensure your bill cap is high enough to allow out of contract charges for calls, texts and data. Or, for data, you can buy a roam-beyond add on.
