visual voicemail

Hello, my husband and I are both on iD and he has visual voicemail but I don’t. Mine doesn’t work now I’ve changed over. How do I set it up please to visual again? It’s much handier. Thank you.

I am afraid this is not something we currently support. 

There appears to be instances where it is working on some handsets but I am afraid this is not something we can offer at this time.

Hey there @ZoeS, welcome to Community!

 

We don’t officially support or offer visual voicemail I’m afraid, so that’ll be why it isn’t working. If it’s working for your Husband and he’s on iD, then that’s odd, but may be luck, as again, we don’t officially support this feature at this current point in time.

How do I setup Visual Voicemail as an existing customer? my friend just took out an ID mobile contract and has visual voicemail. So it has to be supported? Is it been rolled out gradually?
