Have you ordered a new SIM card and need to port a number from an old network to it? In this case we’d recommend using the port form.

Welcome to the Community!

The mobile number is usually on the SIM packaging. 

However you can insert the SIM in the handset and make a call to get the number from the receivers handset.

i have received a sim but no correspondence with a number.  where is it.  in need to port asap. 

Just put the ‘new’ iD SIM into a phone and call/text a friend or family member - they should be able to see your ‘new’ number.

Have you managed to find out the iD Mobile SIM card number?

The number itself may be mentioned in the welcome emails sent, I’d recommend checking those.
