Decided to order a phone from ID mobile and moving away from Tesco.
In the process it said my number would automatically be ported, then read something else that said I needed to get a PAC code, so got that.
Tried to then port the number which requires my ID mobile number, it says it should be in my welcome email but isn't.
Can't call support and chat wait time is 70 minutes.
Can anyone help a frustrated new customer to find my ID mobile number
Just tried accessing the port my number to ID link from the email and now get:
"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: {long number}"
