Account cancelled but I wanted a PAC code

I cancelled my ID contract and requested a PAC code. I didn’t receive it and now the contract has cancelled, so I can’t text for a PAC code as my sim no longer works! How do I get my PAC code??

Yeah, so it's either cancel your contract OR get a PAC code. Otherwise you just cancel it and lose your number like what's happened here.

 

Hopefully someone from iD will get in touch soon to help try and retrieve your number.

Hello @Charisse Heydon,

As @Taye Stone  mentioned, you’d either request a PAC code and use this to cancel OR submit a cancellation, not both.

For PAC codes, your account cancels when the number leaves the network.

How long has it been since your account was cancelled?
