How to change your log-in email in the iD Mobile app.

 

To change your log-in email in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap ‘View your plans’.
  3. Tap the green pencil for the plan you’d like to edit.
  4. Tap on ‘Edit login details’.
  5. Tap on the green pencil in the ‘Log in email’ section.
  6. Enter the email address you'd like to use for the iD Mobile app. Tap ‘Save changes’.
  7. Tap ‘Log out’.
