I’m unable to reply to a text from Barclays checking whether a transaction is fraud or not with a simple Y or N. It keeps stating failure to send.
Tried raising this on live chat and got nowhere.

Thank you for suggestion. Managed to sort contacting Barclays direct, who say its a quirk their end and it comes up as a premium number but they don’t actually charge for it.
