To port your number to iD Mobile, you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)from your current network.  You can request this by:

• Texting PAC to 65075 from the number you want to keep (free and instant). 

• Calling 7777 from your iD Mobile phone or 0333 003 7777 from any other phone. 

• Using the iD Mobile app or logging into my.idmobile.co.uk to request it online. 

Once you have your PAC code (valid for 30 days), submit it to iD Mobile via:

• The switching form at switching.idmobile.co.uk. 

• The iD Mobile app under "Plan" > "Switch to iD". 

• During checkout when buying a new plan.

Thanks for getting in touch! Since you already have a PAC, you can port your number to iD Mobile by submitting it through one of these options:

iD Mobile app: Go to Plan > Switch to iD and enter your PAC.

Online: Use the switching form
 on our website.

During checkout: When buying a new plan, enter your PAC at the relevant step.
 

Once submitted, your number will usually transfer in 1 working day.
