Activate second phone plan

My account has two phones attached to it but I cannot activate the second phone plan.  Can someone help me as I need to change the contract details

i have just got a second phone the original is my sons, now i want to add mine under the same e mail how do i do that and my phone has not been activated yet been going round in circles- worst cant talk to anyone
