app is saying its too early to upgrade but it should be today

Hi I am wanting to upgrade my handset but the app is saying it's too early.

I'm eligible as of today and can't find a number to speak to somebody about it.

I have had zero issues with id this past 2 years but this is really putting me off renewing with id can anybody help please?

It appears it's working correctly now however id don't seem to value the loyalty to the customer but instead offer better deals to new customers.

Three have blown you out the water this time so will wait a further 2 months and will be going back with them.
