I switched to an iD mobile SIM in my old phone a month or two ago but I now want to get a pay monthly phone contract (from iD) and either add my current sim contract to it, or cancel my current one and just take the sim offers included with the phone. Is there any option to do this without having to cancel, pay early cancellation fees then place a new order?

You can check on the app/website if you’re due for an upgrade on your existing SIM and then upgrade, how long is the contract for the existing SIM only contract?

I am 2 months into a 12 month contract, I am not eligible for an upgrade until december but my current phone is now broken.

You would need to wait to be eligible for an upgrade.
Unfortunately you can’t upgrade before this date.
