hi my upgrade is not due till August really need to upgrade this mo th as my phone is developing technical problems please can you help me solve this issue as don't want want to buy a temporary phone for 1 mo th

You should be able to upgrade early, once you’re within the final 60-days of a 24-month minimum term iD phone contract, @tebs2526.

Hi there @tebs2526, we hope the advice from @andewhite has been able to help.

We offer up-to 60-day early upgrades for 24-month plans, and up-to 30-days early upgrades fro 12-month plans. These are the earliest you can upgrade.

Unfortunately this isn't true is it ID Mobile? 😕 I tried to get a new contract with a different provider, as I only had 8 days left and you threatened to charge me over £70 if I gave them my PAC Number. I then decided after seeing this post I'd try and get an upgrade from Carphone Warehouse via the link in the comments and I thought it had gone through, but then I got a message from them asking me to contact them for more details. I was then told no sorry, not till your contract has ended.
