To cancel your sim, the quickest way is to:
- Pop a message on their live chat
- Contact them through their socials on Facebook and Twitter They are available:
- 8am-8pm on weekdays through socials
- 9am-5:30pm on weekends through socials
- 9am-8pm Monday to Friday through live-chat
