Hi my phone contract ends today  I would like to find out  how to change for sim plan only  so monthly cost will be  lower , i don't find that options on my app( only phone upgrades).  Should I  cancel contract and  then choose sim plan only..?

Hi there ​@marsochac83, if no options are available on the app/website, please call our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

 

You will need to upgrade/plan change to keep your number, not order a new plan.
