I need the cheapest plan because I've left uk and now reside in canada...any idea how to switch to that?

If you are living in Canada, you would be best getting a Canadian SIM plan.
Roaming in Canada is chargeable, but we do offer an add on from £5 per day. You can find out more here - International Calling & Roaming Charges | iD Mobile Network
