You can carry on with iD Mobile, but if you don’t upgrade, you will remain on your current contract at the price you are paying now. The best solution is to switch to a SIM-only contract, which you can do during the last 24 days of your contract. You can do this via the iD Mobile app.
 

Here’s how to upgrade through the iD Mobile app:

1. Open the app and sign in, tap Plan, then select Upgrades. idmobile
2. If you’re eligible, you’ll see “Upgrade Now” along with the available upgrade deals. You can also tap “Upgrade” on the Home screen. idmobileidmobile
3. Select a deal and go to the basket. idmobile
4. Complete the identity check with a debit or credit card.
