I’m getting a message stating I can use my phone as I’ve reached my capped limit however i have unlimited calls and texts

 

please advise what to do?

Hi ​@Cheshire Counsellor  had you made any chargeable calls or texts? Are you wanting to dial a chargeable number? You may need to increase your bill cap. You can find how to do this here - How do I set or change my Bill Cap? | iD Mobile Community
