Id upgrade through carphone warehouse

I've got a upgrade coming very soon and wondering if can upgrade my id contract via carphone warehouse as the prices are alot better than id so wondering if can do this either in store or online as I'd told me on live chat can only upgrade via their website but carphone warehouse clearly has id upgrades on there so all very confusing

    Hey there ​@Stevethewolfman, thank you for reaching out.

     

    You can indeed upgrade via Carphone Warehouse, so long as you’re logged in, and next to the order, it states “UPGRADE”. If it does not state upgrade, or you’re not logged in, then it would not be an upgrade, it’d be a completely new plan.

    Thanks for your reply and how do you log in on the carphone warehouse website as can't find it anywhere and will the prices in store match the online prices?

    Thanks for your quick reply once again so basically go on the check if can upgrade section and when can upgrade I'll automatically be logged in?
