Hello, I maintain my ID mobile contract even though I moved to Australia. I need to upgrade my phone as 3g is almost obsolete. I can no longer access the ID app. Any suggestions would be very welcome! Thanks.

You’ll need to be in the UK to upgrade.
Roaming in Australia can be very expensive so I would advise to set your spend cap accordingly.

Thanks Geluk, yes I will try that but I was hoping Carphone Warehouse/ Currys would supply a new one under the terms of the contract.

If you’re living in Australia, I doubt that is going to be possible,
