My contract says unlimited data but useage is low

I have changed from EE (for 21 years) to I D. I have purchased unlimited ALL but I have an issue with data. My phone says using low data, and it is very weak. Won’t even scroll face book, never mind hot spot. Please can I have more detail how to fix this issue. I work away as a lone woman and it’s vital I have access to data for sat nav etc. so my situation is urgent, please help rectify. Thank you.

Just because EE worked in your area doesn’t mean iD will be the same. Different networks are different in all areas depending on masts, amount of people connected etc.

Thanks but I work all over the UK. Every week I’m in a different location so it’s not that. I’m only home BD19 on a weekend. 
only data is the problem. 
Would it help if I changed my package to an allocated allowance?

Sorry Tyler did you see my first reply it’s not showing in the thread. I work all over the uk for a week at a time so I know it’s the data and not the location.  I live bd19 but only there on a weekend. My phone is Apple 16 pro.

Hi Tyler. I’m currently in SR1. But others include NG1, NE1, DE1 & DE2. 
when I hotspot to my neice tablet it says low data mode. Why is this?

Could you offer me a fixed amount of data each month instead of unlimited please? Say 200mb or 150 with rollover?

Hi 

I work away staying in different locations every week and it’s never been good or fast no matter where I am. Even when I went to Tenerife. 
I can even scroll through reels on Facebook. 
My data says ‘low data’ why is this? 
Please can you look changing me to a fixed data package instead of unlimited. Say 200 or 150 a month?
