I have changed from EE (for 21 years) to I D. I have purchased unlimited ALL but I have an issue with data. My phone says using low data, and it is very weak. Won’t even scroll face book, never mind hot spot. Please can I have more detail how to fix this issue. I work away as a lone woman and it’s vital I have access to data for sat nav etc. so my situation is urgent, please help rectify. Thank you.
