Using the ID App, I've upgraded my old Oppo to a Nothing 2 phone about 3 or so hours ago. I selected the £22.99 Unlimited plan. I was asked if I wanted to trade in my phone, which I didn't, paid the verification fee. All seemed to go through ok. The new plan is updated on the app and I recieved a text message to say that the new price plan is up and running. No mention anywhere of the new phone. No confirmation email or text message to say when the phone will arrive…… Have I done it wrongly? If I have, is there anyway I can change it now?

The upgrade should happen before the device reaches you, you should receive contact from DPD about delivery the night before/morning of delivery.
