Hi,
I had a PAYG account, it turns out that customer support told me I cannot add a monthly plan or contract to this account.
I closed the PAYG account, ended the plan.
I have a PAC and when I tried to sign up to a monthly plan I cannot port between the same network.
Surely someone has been PAYG and moved to monthly?
WTH?
The site, the help, the chatbot and the live agents are useless.
Anyone got any ideas on what I can do here?
