phone has disappeared from upgrades list

Planning to upgrade to an iPhone 16 (refurbished), for a great price, but the phone has disappeared from the website! Although, when I was able to view the phone and deals it stated it was in stock. 
 

Any ideas ??

​@Kwelsh Probably gone out of stock now. Keep checking online or you can try calling the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.

      In your experience, would the sales team help me get the same phone and deal? Or try to sell me something different.

      They will probably want to sell you what is in stock as they are probably target/commission driven but it’s worth a try you can always say I will wait until it comes back in stock again.
