proof of purchase s24 for upgrade accessories

Hello. Can you forward evidence of my upgrade and proof of purchase for the S24. So I can obtain my samsung ear vuds and fit bit that were part of the upgrade package. Thank you

Check/search your emails. Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Bad  

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

    Yes I still need proof of purchase & the package i sighed up for. To obtain the Ear buds & fit bit from Samsung
