Hi Kash,

Thanks for your message.

I actually only want to go SIm only with the deal for existing customers, I think it is £9 a month.

My contract ends October so if I get this SIM only deal now, will it still work at £9 a month when my other contract ends?

 

If I wait until October the same sum dealay not be on and if I'm not continuing the contract then i possibly would not be classed as an existing customer so I wouldn't be eligible for the good price on the SIM only deal.

If you purchased a new line now, it’s be completely separate to any existing plan.

 

Make sure that you’re upgrading, upgrades via the iD Mobile app to a SIM only plan are typically available once your contracted period has ended.
