terrible upgrade offers

So switch offer the iphone16pro max at 139 upfront unlimited everything and £44.99 a month but because I have a sim only deal with id mobile already I can’t get that offer, upgrade offer from ID £67.99 a month as remaining customer and not a new customer at over £500 less over the term of contract , loyalty counts for nothing !!!!!!!!!

    Tyler , it was your sales team that offered the terrible deals ! Seems I need to move provider and get a better deal not that ID will care
