ID are telling me that I can upgrade today 6/3/25 

but when I go on the upgrade section it’s telling me I’m not due to upgrade yet, it tells me I can upgrade on the 6/3/25 today is 6/3/25 so I’m confused

@Sinéad Alder There is a slight delay on the app so please call the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.

 

Or, please keep checking the app/website for upgrades shortly.
