So i’m due my upgrade today, but it still says i can’t and that it’s too early yet it says “Your eligibility date is 07/03/2025 which is today.. Just wondering when i’ll be able to upgrade, i don’t want to be waiting for ages

​@Lily25 please call the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.

 

Or, please keep checking the app/website for upgrades shortly.

There is a delay on the app.
