My upgrade date is today, but ID mobile state it's too early to upgrade, whilst staying today's date. Any ideas why?

There is a delay on the app.

I’ve been abroad over 5months and not been able to contact id mobile


I want to sort out my bill if it’s due and carry on with I’d mobile services

Please do not hijack other people’s post but create a new post instead as it just confuses things.

What exactly are you asking? You can view your account online or use the App to check your account balance/status.
